Excursion 1 – Morecambe

Welcome to the lively seaside town of Morecambe 🌊, famous for its beautiful bay views and fresh sea air. Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the promenade, where you can admire the striking Eric Morecambe Statue and take in the sweeping coastal scenery.

Wander through the Stone Jetty for fantastic views across the bay, or explore the charming town centre with its mix of independent shops and welcoming cafés. If you enjoy nature, take a walk towards the RSPB Morecambe Bay reserves area to spot local birdlife, or simply relax on the seafront with an ice cream while you watch the tide roll in.


Excursion 2 – Southport & Ormskirk (Market Day Thursday)

Our day begins in Southport, a stylish resort town with a long, elegant Victorian pier and a spacious promenade 🌴. You might like to take a gentle walk through the beautiful Kings Gardens, explore the Marine Lake area, or browse the high street and arcades for a spot of shopping. The wide sandy beach offers plenty of space for a refreshing stroll and some coastal photography.

We then continue to Ormskirk, where Thursday is traditional market day 🛍️. Stroll among the colourful stalls offering everything from fresh local produce to handmade crafts, or take time to wander through the town’s charming streets and historic buildings.
