Excursion 1 – Poole & Swanage
Today we travel to Poole, home to one of the world’s largest natural harbours 🌊. Take a stroll along the bustling quayside, watch the boats come and go, or wander through the pretty Old Town with its historic buildings and cobbled streets. You might enjoy browsing the independent shops or relaxing in one of the harbourside parks.
Later, we continue to the charming seaside town of Swanage. Here you can enjoy a gentle walk along the golden beach, explore the traditional Victorian pier, or take in the stunning views from the seafront gardens. There’s also a lovely selection of cafés if you fancy a cream tea before heading back.
Day 2 – Bournemouth
Today is all about Bournemouth, a vibrant seaside resort with something for everyone 🌴. You could take a stroll along the award-winning sandy beach, wander through the Lower, Central and Upper Gardens, or explore the lively Pier Approach area. The seafront promenade offers stunning coastal views, perfect for a leisurely walk.
For those who enjoy shopping, the pedestrianised town centre is lined with high street favourites and independent boutiques. Or simply relax on the beach with an ice cream in hand and soak up the holiday atmosphere.
