Excursion 1
Bideford -A historic harbour town packed with independent shops, local produce and a great riverside quay. Visit the historic Pannier Market or wander through the traffic free lanes, and you’ll find Bideford is the perfect place for a spot of retail therapy. The lanes are lined with quirky little shops packed with all manner of interesting items, and when it’s time for a break you can stop at one of the many pavement cafes for a coffee and a pastry. Afterwards onto the  delightful picturesque village of Caverly.

Excursion 2
Enjoy some time at the award-wining beach of Woolacombe. afterwards onto Barnstaple, a  quaint, historic town North Devon  and quite possibly one of the longest surviving boroughs in the country. The town has not lost the character and charm of its historic days. Its unique atmosphere and environment make it a truly one-of-a-kind destination. Gardens, Queen's theatre, museums, Hertage Centre and more - you certainly won't be short of things to do here.

Why not start at the Ilfracombe Aquarium - an award winning, all-weather fun, educational attraction located at the Old Lifeboat House on the Pier at the end of the Quay. Here you can also sit, relax and enjoy refreshments at the Pier cafe or make use of the indoor Rocket House rest room also displaying local art.
